Fire Evacuation Sign | DIY

As part of our signage blog series, here is a DIY from Trotec Laser Australia!


Preparation

Required material:
  • TroLase Textures 1/16″ in Yellow/Black, half or quarter sheet
Machine used:
  • Speedy 400 120W with 2″ lens and aluminum cutting grid table

For this sample you only can use any laser engraver and cutter from the Speedy series.

Step by Step

Step 1: Send job to laser

Create your own design or use our template. Now send the job to the laser with the settings below.

Step 2: Cut and engrave your sign

Create your own design or use our template. Send it to the laser with the recommended laser parameters. The parameters might vary depending on the machine used and the available laser power.

Wipe down your finished sign with Hexanes or other suitable cleaner to remove any leftover residue.
