We’ve taken 5 minutes to chat with Australia’s leading branding and recognition company, evright.com, who have locations in Adelaide and South East Queensland Australia. evright.com was one of the first engraving businesses in Australia to own a Trotec Laser machine, in the early 2000s.

How did evright.com get started?
In 1966, two partners joined to create Evright Trophies and Engraving. In the early 1980’s the current Director and owner Simon Moore bought out the business and built it into a large global trophy business. In 2004 he rebranded it to evright.com Pty Ltd. Simon is not directly involved in the business anymore, with a team onsite to continue the work he did previously.
How have you dealt with the recent CoVid pandemic?
Like most event based businesses, our turnover decreased significantly in March 2020. It is slowly recovering from an event based perspective. However, we decided to diversify our offering and launched a new division evright.com Industrial which is slowly gaining traction in the market.
Why the decision to purchase a Trotec Laser?
In the early 2000’s the Director Simon made a decision to partner with Trotec Laser and purchased one of their first speedy’s. The relationship is now coming up to almost 20 years and we still have a number of Trotec Laser machines in production.
What has been your favourite job to date?
We have so many of them it’s difficult to pick one! We really enjoyed creating the Adelaide City to Bay medals last year. From this year, a highlight has been the stunning chandelier artwork piece we created for the Tour Down Under Legend’s Dinner.
